Who we are
The Outcome Layer ("we") operates theoutcomelayer.com. Contact: hello@theoutcomelayer.com. The Outcome Layer is an Unnamed Roads venture. Legal entity name and organisation number will be published here when finalised.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect name, work email, company, message and optional file uploads (for example consultant quotes). We may collect NDA preference and first-touch marketing parameters (such as UTM tags and referrer) for that browser session. When you use the site we collect analytics events via PostHog EU (pages viewed, form steps, calculator use). Analytics uses in-memory persistence only — we do not set analytics cookies on your device. We also receive standard server logs from our host (Vercel).
Why and lawful basis
We process form data to respond to your request and prepare Quote Teardowns or ROI cases (contract steps and legitimate interest in B2B enquiries). Analytics help us improve the site (legitimate interest). Because analytics is cookieless and limited to your current browser session, we do not use a separate consent banner for analytics on this site.
Retention
Quote attachments and related uploads are deleted after 30 days unless you ask us to keep them for an active engagement or we agree otherwise in writing. Form records needed for sales follow-up are kept while relevant and then deleted or anonymised.
Processors and transfers
We use Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email, when configured), Vercel Blob (private file storage, when configured), and PostHog EU (analytics, when configured). Analytics requests are proxied through our domain (/ingest) to PostHog EU. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and in countries with appropriate safeguards where providers require it.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable under GDPR. Contact hello@theoutcomelayer.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten in Sweden).
