The ROI Floor Guarantee

Every sprint has an ROI floor written into the contract, based on your own baseline. If, 90 days after go-live, the measured net value is below that floor, we keep working at no fee until it is not. If we cannot get there, we refund the sprint fee.

ROI Case engagements include "No case, no fee": if we cannot find payback under 12 months, you pay nothing for the case.
