How we calculate ROI

Baseline cost / month     = consultant invoices + (internal hours × loaded hourly cost) + cost of errors/delays
New cost / month          = run cost (models, APIs, hosting) + Operations fee + remaining human time × cost
Net value / month         = Baseline − New
Payback (months)          = One-off fees (Case + Sprint) ÷ Net value per month
12-month ROI              = (12 × Net value − One-off fees) ÷ One-off fees

All figures come from your measured baseline, never from benchmarks. Benchmarks appear only as editable defaults in the calculator.
